Marketplace returns management: return data is pulled in automatically, then the team turns it into reports and claims.
Orders from 8 marketplaces sync every 15 minutes. From there the team builds monthly loss reports, appeal evidence per client, and damaged-item worklists.
Every decision and claim is kept in an audit log.
