    Billing Automation

    Flexofast

Billing dashboard(used by the finance team)

B2C, B2B, inbound, inventory, production, and returns data can be read and exported without opening the database or Excel. Invoice reminders go out on a schedule per client, in Indonesian or English.

~267,000 rows of B2C billing data

    Return Management

    Flexofast

    Marketplace returns(synced every 15 minutes)

Return data is pulled in automatically, then the team builds monthly loss reports, appeal evidence, and damaged-item worklists. Every decision and claim is kept in an audit log.

8 marketplaces, synced every 15 minutes

A history of public TikTok data

(Hello)

I'm Juansah. I think more than I talk, then build systems that get used every day, not shown off. Designed first, written in code, made in Indonesia.
